Booking conditions:
- The booking can be cancelled free of charge within 14 days before the arrival. In such case, the prepayment made shall be refunded within 7 days of cancelling the booking. If you cancel the booking after this time period has expired or fail to show up at the facility on the day of your scheduled arrival, you shall be charged 30% of the booking value. In order to have your booking guaranteed, please provide us with your credit card data or make a prepayment amounting to 30% of the booking value made via our online payment system or a bank transfer to the bank account given below within 2 days of the booking.
