Upon request, the hotel provides the following free services:

The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to Guest belongings is regulated by Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. This liability is limited unless items are deposited at the reception. The hotel reserves the right to refuse deposits of cash, valuables, or items of significant value.

The hotel is not liable for damage to or theft of vehicles belonging to Guests.

Personal items left in the room will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. If no instructions are received, the hotel will store the items for one month.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with and adhere to the following rules regarding staying with a dog:
1. General Rules:
1.1. The hotel accepts dogs only in selected rooms. Booking a room with a dog must be reported and confirmed by the reception in advance.
1.2. Dogs are not allowed in any hotel rooms other than the assigned one.
1.3. The maximum number of dogs per room is 2, unless otherwise agreed upon with the reception.
1.4. Dogs must always be on a leash and under the owner's supervision on the hotel premises.
1.5. Dogs must also wear a muzzle in common hotel areas if they are considered a high-risk breed.
1.6. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to sick dogs or those undergoing treatment.
2. Stay Guidelines:
2.1. The hotel accepts dogs only in selected rooms. Dogs are not allowed in other rooms.
2.2. Dogs may stay on a leash with their owners in the Karczma Młyn restaurant.
2.3. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area.
2.4. Dogs cannot use hotel bathrooms for bathing or relieving themselves.
2.5. The hotel has a private beach where dogs may only stay in the paved area. Swimming and relieving themselves are prohibited. Cleaning up after the dog on the hotel premises and its surroundings is mandatory.
2.6. Please bring your dog's health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming confirmation for inspection at the reception.
3. Dog’s Presence in the Room:
3.1. When staying with a dog, please hang the "Pet in Room" sign on the door handle. This ensures our staff—housekeepers or waitstaff delivering room service—exercise extra caution to prevent the dog from escaping when entering the room.
3.2. For the safety of the dog and guests, the dog must not be left on the balcony or in spaces where it may be exposed to danger.
3.3. For your convenience, the room will be cleaned at a time preferred by you, as reported to the hotel reception.
3.4. Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or armchairs.
3.5. Hotel towels and linens must not be used for the dog.
3.6. If leaving the dog alone in the room, please inform the hotel reception.
3.7. A dog cannot be left alone in the room for more than 1 hour.
4. Owner's Responsibility:
4.1. The owner is fully responsible for any damages caused by the dog, both in the room and on the hotel premises.
4.2. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account proportionately for any damages.
4.3. The dog owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet within the hotel property and its surroundings.
4.4. The owner must ensure that the dog does not disturb other guests (e.g., by noise or aggressive behavior).
5. Ban on Aggressive Dog Breeds:
5.1. The hotel does not accept stays for breeds considered aggressive, as specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration dated April 28, 2003: Pit Bull Terrier, Majorca Mastiff, American Bulldog, Argentine Dogo, Canary Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog.
5.2. The hotel also does not accept stays for American Staffordshire Terriers (AmStaff).
Additional: The hotel does not accept cats. However, in emergencies where a guest brings a cat, the stay will be conditionally allowed. The fee is PLN 100 per night.

After notifying us of the dog's stay, the hotel prepares a bed, two bowls, an absorbent mat, a disposable pad, and waste bags in the room.
What are the rules for leashes and supervising dogs on the hotel premises?
Dogs must always be on a leash and under the owner's supervision while on the hotel premises. This ensures the safety of all guests.
Can dogs roam freely around the hotel grounds?
No, dogs must always be supervised by their owner. Free roaming on the hotel grounds is prohibited.
Do I need to inform the hotel about bringing a dog in advance?
Yes, the presence of a dog must be reported during the reservation process and confirmed by the reception.
Can I bring more than one dog to the room?
Yes, you can bring up to two dogs per room, provided this is communicated in advance.
Can dogs stay in the hotel restaurant?
Yes, dogs are welcome in the restaurant.
Can dogs use the hotel's beach?
Dogs are allowed only on the paved area of the beach. Swimming and relieving themselves are prohibited. Please clean up after your dog.
What documents should I bring for my dog?
Please bring your dog's health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming confirmation. These documents should be presented at the reception upon check-in.
Do I need to inform the reception if I leave my dog alone in the room?
Yes, please inform the reception if you plan to leave your dog alone in the room. Dogs cannot be left alone for more than 1 hour.
Can I request room cleaning at a specific time?
Yes, you can arrange a preferred time for room cleaning at the hotel reception.
Who is responsible for damages caused by the dog?
The dog owner is fully responsible for any damages caused by the dog. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for repairs.
What are the rules for protecting the sofa and bed from the dog?
Please protect the sofa or bed with a mat if the dog spends time there to maintain room cleanliness.
What should I do if the dog causes damage to the room or hotel premises?
The dog owner is responsible for any damages. The hotel may charge the guest's account to cover repair costs.
Does the hotel accept other pets, such as cats?
The hotel does not accept cats; however, in emergencies, we may conditionally allow a cat to stay. In such cases, a fee of PLN 100 per night applies.
Are there any dog breeds not accepted at the hotel?
