17:00-19:00 tour of the competition route with the event ambassador

20:00 technical briefing for the competitors and bonfire on the hotel beach

8:00-10:00 buffet breakfast*
11:00-14:00 main starts in both distances
12:00-15:00 finisher zone with a rich buffet and attractions
19:00 official closing of the competition with awards for open and age categories, prize draw for participants
then Party with DJ at the dinner buffet - integration

11:00 coffee and joint "departure" with competition ambassadors

Wellness & SPA

The Wellness Area of Hotel Dworek Wapionka consists of a Finnish sauna (dry), steam bath, jacuzzi with hydromassage, and an adjacent relaxation area where it is blissful to rest to relaxing music between sessions. The entire area is perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape and the omnipresent nature – the main elements of the decor are wood and stone, with natural, muted colors emphasized by atmospheric lighting.

The booking may be cancelled free of charge within 7 days before the arrival. In such case, the advance payment made shall be refunded within 7 days of cancelling the booking. If you cancel your booking later than 7 days before the arrival or fail to show up at the hotel, you shall be charged 30% of the booking value. In order to provide your booking with the guaranteed status, you have to enter your credit card data or within 2 days of the booking, make an advance payment amounting to 30% of the booking value either using the online payment system or via transfer to the bank account given below.
