Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka, services are provided using, among others: a steam bath, jacuzzi, and dry sauna.
All Guests are required to familiarize themselves with additional information available in the Wellness Zone of Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka as well as the rules for using specific attractions/services.
Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt Guests from compliance.
Using the Wellness Zone is at the Guest’s own responsibility.The Wellness Zone of Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka is open during the following hours:.Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM *on Guest request. Please notify the Hotel reception at least one hour in advance. Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM* Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM* (*Hours are subject to change. The hotel reserves the right to modify opening hours.)
Before entering the Wellness Zone, Guests must change in the dressing rooms and leave personal belongings in designated lockers.
Each locker is secured with a dedicated key.
Guests are responsible for losing their locker key.Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka is not responsible for items left in the Wellness Zone, including dressing rooms and changing areas. Valuables should be deposited at the Hotel reception.
A swimsuit and clean pool shoes are mandatory in the Wellness Zone of Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka. Guests must also bring a towel.
Before entering the Wellness Zone, Guests must use the shower.
Children and youth under 18 may use the facilities only under the supervision of an adult guardian.
Guests declare full physical and health capacity to use such facilities and are responsible for their own health.
Recording devices for image or sound are permitted only with the consent of the Hotel Manager.The following are prohibited in the Wellness Zone of Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka:
Smoking, consuming alcohol, bringing glass containers, using drugs or intoxicants, bringing pets, running, jumping into the jacuzzi, trading, solicitation, posting or leaving advertisements.
The Wellness Zone of Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka is a zone of silence and relaxation. Staff have the right to remove Guests who fail to comply with the rules of silence or cause discomfort to other
Guests.The use of cosmetic products (soaps, shampoos, oils, masks, hair dyes, etc.) is prohibited in the Wellness Zone.
Meals should be consumed at least one hour before using the Wellness Zone facilities.
Guests are responsible under applicable laws for any damage or destruction to Wellness Zone equipment caused by them or persons under their responsibility.
Guests with unstable health conditions should use the facilities with caution or consult a doctor before doing so.Hotel*** Dworek Wapionka is not responsible for health deterioration or harm caused by improper or inappropriate use of Wellness Zone facilities.In case of feeling unwell, leave the Wellness Zone immediately and, if necessary, inform the staff.Access to the Wellness Zone is denied to individuals who:

Have open wounds or skin inflammations.
Pose a threat to other Guests or staff.
Fail to meet basic hygiene standards.
In case of loss, contamination, or damage to Wellness Zone equipment, Guests are required to pay compensation.
